Abstract
Description
Communication charging information feedback method and system
Technical field
The present invention relates to a communication charging method, and particularly to a method for a communication user to quickly obtain communication charging information.
BACKGROUND With the rapid development of communication technologies, various means of communication have become increasingly popular. Fixed phones and mobile phones are the main methods of mass communication. At present, the price of communication terminals (such as fixed telephones and mobile phones) has been relatively low. The costs (such as telephone charges) in communication account for a considerable proportion of the total communication costs. In a few months, the telephone charges will exceed one The cost of a telephone is already common. Users urgently need to know the occurrence of call charges in time so that they can effectively control the call charges. In addition, a small number of criminals use deception to lure users who do not know the truth to make high-charged calls, causing users to unknowingly generate high call charges. If users can know the amount of call charges in time, unnecessary economic losses will be large. Decreased. Telecom operators also hope to be able to provide subscribers with data on call charges in a timely manner, which can reduce disputes due to call charges on the one hand, and on the other hand, can potentially obtain additional revenue through such value-added services. However, for most users, the call charge is still a black box. The total amount is only known when the bill is received every month. If you want to know the specific call charges, you need to check the special network of the telecommunications operator. . At present, there is an external separate meter on the market, which can display approximate call charges in time. As shown in FIG. 1, the meter is connected between the switch and the user terminal. Before using this kind of meter, users need to set various rates (charging rules) on the meter, such as how much is a minute for long distance calls, how much is a minute for local calls, etc. When there are many types of communication At the time, the setup process seemed quite complicated and tedious. When the user dials the phone, the meter records related information (such as the phone number of the called party) and starts timing. When the call ends (on-hook), the meter calculates the The cost is displayed to the user. For example, the meter finds that it is a local phone by analyzing the called number, and finds the rate of the local phone from the preset charging rules, and multiplies the rate by the recorded call time to get the current call. cost. In some mobile phones, there are functions similar to the meter described above. The methods of use and working principles are similar. The only difference is that this function is integrated into the mobile phone. In practical applications, the above solutions have the following problems: complicated settings, inaccurate billing, and high costs. The main reason for this is that because of the many types of services provided by telecommunication operators and the many tariff conditions, for example, taking long-distance calls as an example, the call rates to different locations and different time periods are different. . Moreover, the tariff policy will also change. For example, long distance calls were billed by the minute, now they are billed by the second. Coupled with some promotional activities of telecom operators (for example, during the promotion period, calls can be enjoyed at a certain period of time to enjoy certain discounts), resulting in very complicated billing of communications, numerous business rules, and frequent changes, which is almost impossible for non-professionals Accurately understand all billing rules, let alone set them into the meter accurately. In addition, even if very few users have the ability and patience to obtain and enter these billing rules, the biller itself may not be so complicated due to cost considerations. Because the charging rules cannot be completely accurate, the final calculated call charges cannot be completely accurate.
In addition, because additional equipment is to be purchased, users need to pay additional fees, and the overall communication cost increases.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of this, the main object of the present invention is to provide a communication charging information feedback method and a system thereof, so that users can obtain accurate cost information of the call immediately after the call ends, without adding additional equipment, Extra setting operation. To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a communication charging information feedback method. When a user ends a call, the method includes the following steps:
A network-side charging device generates communication charging information for the call and sends the communication charging information to a user terminal; B the user terminal receives and displays the communication charging information. Wherein, in step B, the user terminal does not ring when receiving the communication charging information. The network side does not send a ring current signal to the user terminal. The step B further includes the following sub-steps: The user terminal determines whether the received information is communication charging information according to the data format, and if so, displays the communication charging information. The user terminal checks the validity of the communication charging information received. The network-side charging device may send the communication charging information to the user terminal in a frequency shift keying or dual-tone multi-frequency manner. When the user is a recharge user, the communication charging information further includes a recharge balance of the user. The present invention also provides a communication charging information feedback system, which includes a network-side charging device and a user terminal. The network-side charging device is used to generate communication charging information for the call when the user ends the call, and Sending communication charging information to the user terminal; the user terminal is configured to receive and display the communication charging information. The user terminal may be a fixed phone or a mobile phone. The network-side charging device may be a switch. No need for the network-side charging device to send communication charging information to the user terminal To send a ring current signal, the user terminal does not ring when receiving the communication charging information, but may provide a prompt tone according to the setting. It can be found through comparison that the difference between the technical solution of the present invention and the prior art is that the real-time charging information on the switch of the telecommunications operator is used, and when the user ends the call, the charging information on the switch is immediately sent to the user terminal. The charging information is displayed by the user terminal, and no ring current signal is sent to prevent the user terminal from ringing. The terminal can flexibly set whether the terminal itself provides a tone after detecting the call charge data. If it is a recharge user, the switch also sends the recharge balance to the user terminal at the same time. This technical solution difference brings a more obvious beneficial effect, that is, because the real-time charging information from the telecommunications operator is used, the accuracy and consistency of the bill generated by the switch and the bill displayed on the user terminal are guaranteed. Sex. Complex billing rules are maintained by the telecommunications operator, and users do not need any involvement. The user only needs to own a telephone, and no additional cost is needed to purchase other devices, which reduces the communication cost of the user.
The switch does not send a ring current signal to the communication terminal during the process of transmitting call charges. Therefore, the user terminal does not ring, which is consistent with the user's usage habits. There is no difference between the use process and the normal call, which is convenient for the promotion of the entire network.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION To make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 2, the communication charging information feedback system includes network-side charging connected to each other. The device 10 and the user terminal 20 are two parts. The network-side charging device 10 is configured to generate communication charging information, and send the communication charging information generated by the call to the user terminal 20 through a user circuit interface when the call ends. The network-side charging device 10 may be a device in a wired communication system (such as a fixed-line system) or a device in a wireless communication system. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the network-side charging device 10 is a switch, and the switch is not only responsible for implementing a switching function for user calls, but also for charging user calls. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the user is a recharge user, and the communication charging information sent by the network-side charging device 10 to the user terminal 20 at the end of the call further includes the recharge balance of the user. The user terminal 20 is used to make a call, and when receiving data from the network-side charging device 10, determines whether the data is communication charging information, and if it is valid call charge data, directly displays the communication charging information to the user. The user terminal 20 may be a fixed telephone or a mobile telephone. The user terminal 20 may be either the calling user terminal or the called user terminal. Especially in some two-way charging or called charging systems, it is necessary for the called user terminal to display communication charging information. The specific process of the communication charging information feedback method is described below with reference to FIG. 3. When the call ends, for example, the calling user hangs up, the process starts. In step 100, the network-side charging device 10 generates communication charging information, and sends the communication charging information to the user terminal 20 through a user circuit interface. If the user is a recharge user, the network-side charging device 10 also calculates the recharge balance of the user, and sends the recharge balance to the user terminal 20 as part of the communication charging information. The network-side charging device 10 may send communication to the user terminal 20 by using frequency shift keying (referred to as "FSK") or dual tone multi-frequency (Dua l tone mul t if requency (referred to as "DTMF")). Billing information. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the transmission frame format of the communication charging information is as follows: Toll data special frame header + current toll value. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the transmission frame format of the communication charging information is as follows: Toll data special frame header + current toll value + recharge balance flag + recharge balance value. Those skilled in the art of the present invention will understand that other frame formats may be used to transmit communication. Trust billing information without going beyond the spirit and scope of the present invention. It should also be noted that when the network-side charging device 10 sends communication charging information to the user terminal 20, no ring current signal is required, and the user terminal 20 does not need to ring. The terminal can be flexibly set to set whether the terminal itself provides a tone after detecting the call charge data. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step 200. After receiving the data from the network-side charging device 10, the user terminal 20 determines whether the data communicates with the charging information according to the value of the data frame header. If so, the process proceeds to step 300, otherwise the process ends. Of course, the user terminal 20 may enter other processes according to the type of the received data, but this process is over for the realization of the communication charging information feedback. In step 300, the user terminal 20 displays the received communication charging information. The user can know the exact cost of the call through the display of the user terminal 20. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the phone with the number 1234 calls the phone with the number 010XXXX, the caller pays, and after the call is ended, the switch sends the fee of the current call to the phone through the FSK signal 2.00 yuan . The data format is the special frame header 00000200 for call charge data. The special frame header of the call charge data mentioned above can use A, B, C, D, etc. The exchange and telephone terminal need to agree in advance the contents of the special frame header of the call charge data. After the phone detects the special frame header of the call charge data, it retrieves the call charge data and shows that the cost of the call is 2. 00 yuan. There is no ring signal in the whole process, and the phone does not need to ring. The phone can be flexibly set to set whether the terminal itself provides a tone after detecting the special frame header of the call charge data.
