Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de grillage de fruits et de légumes, ainsi que le produit alimentaire grillé obtenu. Ledit procédé consiste en particulier à déshydrater partiellement les légumes ou les fruits puis à griller le produit déshydraté pour produire un produit alimentaire déshydraté-grillé.
