Abstract

Reagents that regulate human PDE1C and reagents which bind to human PDE1C gene products can play a role in preventing, ameliorating, or correcting dysfunctions or diseases including, but not limited to, cancer, diabetes, neurological disorders, asthma, obesity, and cardiovascular disorders.
