Wird die Betätigungskappe gegen die als Verdrängerpumpe ausgebildete Pumpe gedrückt, so wird das Volumen der Pumpenkammer mit der Wirkung verkleinert, daß der Inhalt der Pumpenkammer das Austrittsventil der Pumpenkammer öffnet und in den Entnahmekanal austritt. Da die Verkleinerung der Pumpenkammer gegen eine Rückstellkraft erfolgt, wird bei einer Entlastung der Betätigungskappe das Einlaßventil der Pumpenkammer geöffnet und das Auslaßventil geschlossen, so daß über die Steigleitung die Pumpenkammer aus dem Behälter für eine weitere Substanzentnahme nachgefüllt wird. Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch, daß die Füllöffnung bezüglich der Behälterachse exzentrisch angeordnet ist, daß der Behälter auf der der Füllöffnung bezüglich der Behälterachse gegenüberliegenden Umfangsseite einen in Richtung, der Exzentrizität der Füllöffnung ansteigenden, abgeflachten, oberen Abschnitt der Umfangswand aufweist, daß der Spenderkopf über diesen abgeflachten Abschnitt der Umfangswand des Behälters vorsteht und daß das Betätigungsglied aus einem in Richtung der Exzentrizität der Füllöffnung verlaufenden Schwenkhebel besteht, der im Bereich der endseitigen Austritts- düse in einer nutenartigen Ausnehmung des Spenderkopfes gelagert ist. Aufgrund der exzentrischen Anordnung der Füllöffnung des Behälters kann die Umfangswand auf der der Füllöffnung bezüglich der Behälterachse gegenüberliegenden Umfangsseite in einem oberen Abschnitt so abgeflacht werden, daß sich zwischen dem abgeflachten Abschnitt der Umfangswand des Behälters und dem über diesen abgeflachten Abschnitt vorstehenden Spenderkopf eine Aussparung ergibt, in der der Spenderkopf mit der Hand Untergriffen werden kann. Da die Austrittsduse für die Waschflüssigkeit an dem vorstehenden Teil des Spenderkopfes vorgesehen ist, kann bei einer Betätigung der Pumpe die Waschflüssigkeit über die Austrittsduse gezielt auf die den Spenderkopf untergreifende Hand aufgesprüht werden, zumal sich die Austrittsduse während des Pumpenhubs kaum verlagert. Dies wird durch die Lagerung des als Schwenkhebel ausgebildeten Betätigungsgliedes im Bereich der endseitigen Austrittsduse erreicht. Trotz der geringen Verlagerung der Austrittsduse wird über den Schwenkhebel ein ausreichender Betätigungshub für die Pumpe zur Verfügung gestellt, weil aufgrund der Ausrichtung des Schwenkhebels in Richtung der Exzentrizität der Füllöffnung und aufgrund der exzentrischen Anordnung der Füllöffnung ein entsprechend langer Hebelarm zwischen der Schwenkhebellagerung und der im Bereich der Füllöffnung angeordneten Pumpe erreicht wird. Der Schwenkhebel 13, der sich in Richtung der Exzentrizität der Füllöffnung 15 bezüglich der Behälterachse 8 erstreckt, greift in eine nutenartige Ausnehmung 18 des Spenderkopfes 7 ein und ist in dieser Ausnehmung 18 über eine Querachse 19 im Bereich der Austrittsduse 17 drehbar gelagert. Aufgrund dieser Anordnung der Querachse 19 wird bei einem Verschwenken des Schwenkhebels 13 zur Pumpenbetätigung die Austrittsduse 17 kaum verlagert, während am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Schwenkhebels 13 ein ausreichender Hub in Richtung der Behälterachse 8 zur Betätigung der Pumpe 11 zur Verfügung steht.
