Abstract

L'invention concerne des polypeptides possédant une activité de mono-oxygénase, des polynucléotides codant pour ces enzymes, l'utilisation de ces polynucléotides et polypeptides. Dans un aspect, l'invention concerne des polypeptides possédant une activité de mono-oxygénase, p. ex. mono-oxygénases de Baeyer-Villiger, et/ou des enzymes pour catalyser des réactions de sulfoxydation. Les enzymes de l'invention peuvent comporter une activité de mono-oxygénase, d'estérase et/ou de déshydrogénase.
