Abstract

La présente invention concerne un fragment d'acide nucléique isolé codant pour une robonucléase, et plus spécifiquement une ribonucléase Dicer. Cette invention concerne aussi la construction d'un construit d'ADN de recombinaison codant pour toute cette robonucléase Dicer ou pour une partie de celle-ci dans une orientation sens ou antisens, l'expression de ce construit d'ADN de recombinaison résultant en une production de niveaux modifiés de cette ribonucléase Dicer dans une cellule hôte modifiée.
