Abstract

La présente invention concerne un fragment d'acide nucléique codant une protéine de développement floral, notamment un homologue FT ou Ap3. Cette invention concerne aussi la construction d'un gène hybride d'ADN recombinant codant toutes les protéines de développement floral ou une partie de ces protéines dans une orientation de sens ou d'antisens, l'expression du gène hybride d'ADN recombinant débouchant sur la production de niveaux altérés de l'homologue FT ou Ap3 dans une cellule hôte transformée.
