Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à des dispositifs permettant de broyer des produits solides, en particulier des engrais minéraux faisant appel à des matières premières liquides et solides. Le granulateur à tambours selon l'invention comprend un tambour principal doté d'un accessoire de transport se présentant sous la forme d'aubes de répartition, disposées en plusieurs rangées sur la surface interne du tambour, et d'aubes de retenue, placées devant les aubes de répartition et devant un anneau de retenue sur l'extrémité de sortie du tambour. Le granulateur selon l'invention comprend également : un tambour extérieur supplémentaire ; une vis sans fin inverse, disposée entre les tambours et tournant avec ces derniers ; une chambre de chargement du produit, qui est constituée d'un anneau extérieur doté d'aubes de collecte et de transport disposées face à des fenêtres de collecte du tambour principal, et de canaux de transport placés derrière chaque fenêtre de collecte ; un convoyeur à vis sans fin, disposé entre la chambre de chargement et les aubes de retenue ; une chambre de décharge du produit ; un dispositif de réintroduction des fractions fines dans le tambour principal, placé dans l'espace annulaire situé entre les tambours derrière la vis sans fin inverse ; une buse ; et un tuyau de chargement monté sur la partie fixe de la chambre de chargement. Le tambour principal comprend un trieur couplé aux deux tambours, et un nettoyeur de trieur fixé à la paroi de la chambre de décharge. Le dispositif de réintroduction des fractions fines se présente sous la forme d'aubes radiales de collecte, de répartition et de transport, qui donnent sur le tambour principal en passant par les fenêtres de collecte. Ledit dispositif est placé entre les aubes de retenue et les aubes de répartition. Le système selon l'invention permet de garantir la régularité de la circulation des fractions fines et du mélange des éléments.
