Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Separators mit niedrigem Wassergehalt für eine elektrochemische Zelle, das folgende Schritte umfasst: (a) Bereitstellung eines Gemisches, das (a-1) eine Lithiumverbindung mit einem sich bei Erwärmung leicht verflüchtigenden Rest, (a-2) ein Löse- und/oder Dispergiermittel und (a-3) gegebenenfalls weitere Gemischkomponenten umfasst; (b) Herstellung eines Separatorvorprodukts mit dem Gemisch, wobei auf der Oberfläche des Separatorvorprodukts zumindest teilweise die Lithiumverbindung exponiert vorliegt;(c) Erhitzen des Separatorvorprodukts auf eine Temperatur von 50 bis 350°C für eine vorbestimmte Zeit, um den Rest der Lithiumverbindung, gegebenenfalls pyrolytisch, zumindest teilweise von der Oberfläche des Separatorvorprodukts zu entfernen und den Separator mit niedrigem Wassergehalt zu schaffen.
