L'invention concerne une sucette (10) comprenant une plaque de base (1) formant un corps principal, une tétine (2) de caoutchouc insérée dans une ouverture formée dans la plaque de base, un élément d'arrêt (3) entrant en contact avec la tétine de manière à retenir ce dernier dans sa position, l'élément d'arrêt (3) comprenant un rebord (14), et une section (3a) à insérer destinée à être insérée dans la tétine (2) de caoutchouc, cette section (3a) à insérer étant composée d'une paroi latérale (12) et d'une plaque plane (13) de type capuchon. Une pellicule souple (4) et flexible est placée sur le rebord (14), et la plaque plane (13) comporte une ouverture traversante (13a). Un premier espace (18) est délimité par la pellicule souple (4) et la section à insérer, et communique avec l'intérieur de la tétine (2) de caoutchouc par l'intermédiaire de l'ouverture traversante (13a). Un capuchon (5) est monté de manière à fixer le bord (17) externe de la pellicule souple (4). Un second espace (23) est délimité par la pellicule souple (4) et le capuchon (5), et communique avec l'extérieur à travers un orifice (22a) d'entrée d'air formé dans la plaque (22) de fond du capuchon (5), la pellicule souple (4) isolant le premier espace (18) du contact de l'extérieur. Cette structure permet de produire une sucette pouvant être stérilisée à l'eau bouillante et présentant un degré de stérilité et une sécurité élevées.
