Abstract

Die Erfindung schlägt eine Galvanisiereinrichtung (10) zur galvanischen Abscheidung einer elektrisch leitenden Schicht auf einem Substrat (12) vor, die ein Elektrolytbad (14) aufweist, in dem eine Anodeneinrichtung (30) und zumindest eine Kontaktiereinheit (16) angeordnet ist, wobei jede Kontaktiereinheit (16) eine Mehrzahl an elektrisch leitenden Bereichen (20) aufweist, von denen jeweils zumindest einer kathodisch bzw. anodisch geschalten ist.
