Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (2) de soudage par résistance de pièces (40, 40'), comportant au moins une électrode de soudage (10a, 10a', 10b, 10b') présentant un corps d'électrode (11a, 11b). Ledit dispositif comporte également des éléments de mesure destinés à relever la température de la ou des électrodes de soudage (10a, 10a', 10b, 10b') ou de la pièce (40, 40') par mesure d'un rayonnement électromagnétique, de préférence d'un rayonnement infrarouge. Lesdits éléments de mesure comportent au moins une unité d'enregistrement destinée à enregistrer le rayonnement, et une unité de convertisseur destinée à produire un signal dépendant d'au moins un paramètre du rayonnement enregistré par l'unité d'enregistrement. Selon l'invention, la ou les unités d'enregistrement des éléments de mesure sont disposées à proximité de la ou des électrodes de soudage (10a, 10a', 10b, 10b'). L'invention concerne par ailleurs une électrode de soudage conçue de manière particulièrement avantageuse.
