Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif destiné à lisser des cheveux, en particulier en vue de les défriser et de les modeler, muni de moyens de raccordement au réseau électrique, et comprenant essentiellement un manche (2) et une tête (3), ladite tête comprenant au moins trois peignes (6, 7, 8) et un moyen de chauffage contribuant au lissage (4), caractérisé en ce que le ou lesdits peignes constituent un élément de pinçage apte à exercer une tension continue sur les cheveux sous l'effet de moyens de commande (10).

Description

Dispositif défriseur et modeleur de cheveux
Objet de l'invention
[0001] La présente invention vise à fournir un dispositif permettant de défriser ou de décrêper des cheveux, c'est-à-dire de les modeler pour les rendre lisses . [0002] Plus précisément, la présente invention vise à fournir un dispositif, d'utilisation simple, qui permette de défriser et de modeler les cheveux, et dont le coût est compétitif par rapport aux appareils actuellement disponibles sur le marché. [0003] Un objectif supplémentaire de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif dont l'utilisation ménage néanmoins le cheveu et le cuir chevelu et qui ne présente pas les inconvénients de l'état de la technique.
Arrière-plan technologique
[0004] On connaît différents dispositifs convenant pour lisser des cheveux crépus ou frisés. Généralement, ces appareils reposent sur le principe du passage des cheveux entre des pinces ou des rouleaux. C'est ainsi que le document DE 2615267-A décrit une pince chauffée électriquement dans laquelle les cheveux sont disposés entre des patins chauffants.
[0005] Le document WO 98/35578 décrit également une pince comportant deux plateaux chauffants. [0006] A titre d'illustration de dispositif reposant sur l'utilisation de rouleaux pinces l'un sur l'autre entre lesquels on lisse les cheveux, on peut1 citer le document US 2910988-A de même que le document FR 2571944 A. [0007] Pour assister l'opération, la plupart de ces dispositifs sont pourvus de moyens de chauffage tels que des résistances électriques chauffant un patin ou encore produisant de l'air chaud ou de la vapeur.
[0008] On connaît également des démêloirs qui sont des appareils munis d'un ou plusieurs peignes effectuant, sous l'effet d'un moteur généralement, des petits mouvements saccadés généralement longitudinaux continus qui, lorsque l'appareil est passé dans les cheveux, sont destinés à les démêler. Ce type d'appareil peut être illustré par les documents WO 96/28990 ; US 4,139,014 ; US 3,897,794 ; US 3,840,030 ; US 3,272,023 et EP 0 687426 A mais ne convient pas pour défriser ou décrêper les cheveux. [0009] On s'aperçoit de manière générale que la plupart de ces dispositifs existants ne répondent qu'imparfaitement aux souhaits des utilisateurs.
Eléments caractéristiques de l'invention
[0010] La demanderesse a observé que des résultats améliorés peuvent être obtenus lorsque, en combinaison avec l'application de la chaleur au contact d'un patin chauffant, éventuellement combiné avec le recours à de l'air chaud et/ou de la vapeur, les cheveux sont maintenus en position tendue au cours de l'opération de défrisage ou de décrêpage . [0011] Selon l'invention, on propose un appareil raccordable au réseau électrique se composant d'une poignée et d'une tête, caractérisé en ce que la tête est pourvue d'un patin lissant qui est chauffé électriquement ainsi que d'un élément de pinçage pourvu d'une commande opérable par l'utilisateur affectant la forme d'au moins trois peignes dont les dents, sous l'effet de la commande, peuvent être amenées depuis une disposition d'alignement dent à dent, dans un même plan, pour chaque peigne 'vers une disposition légèrement décalée de chaque rangée de dents de peigne par rapport à la rangée de dents du peigne voisin de façon à pouvoir pincer des mèches de cheveux.
[0012] L'utilisateur se servira du dispositif en traitant les cheveux depuis la racine vers l'extrémité en plaçant des mèches de cheveux entre les dents, dans la position d'alignement précitée,- dent à dent de chaque peigne.
[0013] Ensuite, en actionnant une commande par exemple à l'aide du pouce, il décalera progressivement les rangées de dents de chaque peigne par rapport à la rangée voisine de façon à pouvoir pincer et ensuite tendre les mèches de cheveux.
[0014] Dans cette position et sans tension excessive il peut ensuite poursuivre par un mouvement de " peignage " en lissant les cheveux en contact avec le patin chauffant. [0015] En pratique, on dispose sur la tête entre deux rangées de dents fixes, formant deux peignes parallèles, une rangée de dents solidaires d'une base mobile, formant un peigne intercalaire pouvant effectuer un léger déplacement de va-et-vient dans le sens longitudinal sous l'action d'une commande manuelle de l'utilisateur. [0016] De préférence, cette commande manuelle affecte la forme d'un bouton-poussoir, qui par un mécanisme approprié déplace progressivement la rangée de dents mobiles du peigne intercalaire par rapport aux rangées de dents fixes voisines. [0017] Lorsque la pression sur le bouton poussoir est relâchée, un ressort ramène la rangée de dents du peigne intercalaire à sa position de départ.
[0018] Accessoirement, le patin peut être pourvu de perforations permettant une circulation d'air chaud ou de vapeur grâce à l'alimentation électrique, ce qui renforce l'effet de lissage recherché des cheveux.
[0019] D'autres détails et 'caractéristiques de l'invention apparaîtront de la description qui suit. Celle- ci est donnée à titre d'illustration et n'a aucun caractère limitatif.

Description d'une forme d'exécution préférée de l'invention [0026] Dans une forme d'exécution préférée telle qu'illustrée à la figure 1, le dispositif 1 comprend essentiellement un manche ou une poignée 2 et une tête 3, ainsi que des moyens de raccordement au réseau électrique. [0027] La tête 3 dudit dispositif 1 comprend des moyens chauffants se présentant sous la forme d'un patin lissant 4, chauffé électriquement, et un élément de pinçage. [0028] L'élément de pinçage est constitué ici de trois peignes 6, 7, 8 essentiellement parallèles, le peigne 7 étant située entre les peignes 6 et ' 8 comme le montre la figure 2. Chacune de ces peignes 6, 7, 8 comporte des dents, respectivement 6a, 6b, 6c, ..., 7a, 7b, 7c, ... et 8a, 8b, 8c, ....
[0029] Les peignes 6 et 8 sont fixes, les dents respectivement 6a et 8a, etc. sont disposées de part et d'autre de l'axe E du dispositif, en position relativement symétrique par rapport à cet axe'E et définissent ensemble une série de plans successifs parallèles et orientés transversalement par rapport à l'axe E de l'appareil 1. [0030] Le peigne intercalaire 7 est constitué de dents solidaires d'une base mobile 9. Ces dents sont plus longues que celles des peignes fixes 6 et 8 afin d'éviter de blesser le cuir chevelu lors de l'opération de lissage. [0031] Le peigne intercalaire mobile 7 peut adopter deux positions extrêmes par rapport aux peignes fixes 6 et 8, représentées respectivement aux figures 3a et 3b. [0032] Dans la position dite « de repos », telle qu'illustrée sur les figures 3a et 4a, les dents 7a, 7b, 7c, ... du peigne intercalaire 7 sont situées dans le même plan que les dents du peigne 6 et 8 de sorte que les dents 7a, 7b, 7c, ... sont essentiellement alignées avec les dents respectivement 6a, 8a ; 6b, 8b ; 6c, 7c ; .... [0033] Dans la position dite « de travail », telle qu'illustrée sur les figures 3b, 4b et 4c, les dents 7a, 7b, 7c, ... du peigne intercalaire 7 sont situées en dehors du plan précité de sorte que les dents 7a, 7b, ne sont plus alignées avec les dents respectivement 6a, 8a ; 6b, 8b ; 6c, 7c ; ..., mais décalées par rapport à celles-ci suivant la direction définie par l'axe E de l'appareil 1. •
[0034] Par ailleurs, l'appareil 1 comprend des moyens de commande 10 actionnables par l'utilisateur et destinés à imposer à la rangée de dents 7a, 7b, 7c, ... constituant le peigne intercalaire 7 un déplacement entre les deux positions extrêmes des figures 3a et 3b selon* un mouvement de glissement dans le sens l longitudinal suivant les flèches A et B, tel qu'illustré sur les figures 3a et 3b. [0035] Lesdits moyens de commande 10 prennent ici la forme d'un bouton-poussoir situé au niveau du manche 2. Selon une forme d'exécution préférée de l'invention, la position de repos des dents du peigne intercalaire 7 est obtenue lorsque le bouton-poussoir 10 est relâché. La position extrême de travail des dents du peigne intercalaire 7 est obtenue lorsque le bouton-poussoir 10 est totalement enfoncé. Toutes les positions intermédiaires sont possibles. [0036] Concrètement, lorsque l'utilisateur souhaite opérer un défrisage ou à un décrêpage, il procède de la façon suivante .
[0037] Tout d'abord il place l'appareil le plus proche possible du sommet du crâne, pour prendre à l'aide des peignes 6, 7, 8, la base des mèches de cheveux, les dents 7a, 7b, 7c, ... étant en position de repos, comme l'illustré à la figure 4a.
[0038] Ensuite, l'utilisateur enfonce le bouton- poussoir 10 de manière à commander le glissement du peigne intercalaire 7 par rapport aux peignes fixes 6 et 8 jusqu'à la position extrême de travail et à pincer ainsi la base des mèches de cheveux, comme illustré à la figure 4b.
[0039] L'utilisateur applique la pression progressivement sur le bouton-poussoir pour tendre les cheveux et fait progressivement glisser, selon un mouvement continu le long des mèches de cheveux, la tête 3 munie du patin chauffant 4, lesdites mèches de cheveux se trouvant ainsi soumises à l'action de la chaleur en glissant sur les patins chauffants 4 tout en étant soumises à des efforts de tension par l'intermédiaire des peignes 6, 7 et 8 , comme illustré à la figure 4c. [0040] Une fois ces mèches lissées sur toute leur longueur, l'utilisateur commande, en relâchant le bouton- poussoir 10, le retour du peigne intercalaire 7 à sa position . de repos, dégage lesdites mèches de cheveux et recommence les mêmes opérations pour d'autres mèches de cheveux, jusqu'à défriser toute la chevelure. [0041] La tension exercée par l'élément de pinçage facilite l'opération de défrisage en optimisant le glissement des mèches de cheveux 'sur le patin chauffant 4 [0042] De part et d'autre des peignes 6, 7 et 8, destinées à défriser les cheveux, sont placés deux rangées de dents plus petites 11 et 12. Celles-ci ont pour objectif d'empêcher le contact des patins chauffants avec le cuir chevelu. L'agencement de part et d'autre des rangées de petites dents 11 et 12 par rapport peignes 6,7 et 8 permet l'utilisation du dispositif à la fois de la main gauche et de la main droite.
[0043] La position des rangées de dents 11 et 12 par rapport aux peignes 6,. 7, et 8, face à l'arrondi du crâne 15 est illustrée dans la figure 5

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif destiné à lisser des cheveux, en particulier en vue de les défriser et de les modeler, muni de moyens de raccordement au réseau électrique, et comprenant essentiellement un manche (2) et une tête (3), ladite tête comprenant au moins trois peignes (6, 7, 8) et un moyen de chauffage contribuant au lissage (4) , caractérisé en ce que le ou lesdits peignes constituent un élément de pinçage apte à exercer une tension continue sur les cheveux sous l'effet de moyens de commande (10) .

Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pinçage comprend trois peignes à dents (6, 7, 8), deux peignes (6, 8) étant fixes et essentiellement parallèles à l'axe (E) de l'appareil (1) , le troisième peigne (7) étant un peigne intercalaire essentiellement parallèle, aux deux autres (6, 8) et capable d'adopter deux positions par rapport aux peignes fixes (6,
8) , une position de repos et une position de travail, le passage d'une position à l'autre se faisant suivant un mouvement de glissement essentiellement le long de l'axe (E) de l'appareil (1).

Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la position de repos correspond à une position dans laquelle les dents du peigne intercalaire (7) sont alignées dans un même plan avec les dents des peignes fixes (6, 8), tandis que la position de travail correspond à une position dans laquelle les dents du peigne intercalaire (7) sont décalées par rapport aux peignes fixes (6, 8) , en amont ou en aval suivant l'axe de l'appareil (E) .
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les peignes (6, 7, 8) constituant l'élément de pinçage comprennent chacun une rangée de dents (6a, 6b, 6c. ; 7a, 7b, 7c. ; 8a, 8b,v8c.).
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens lissants (4) sont constitués d'au moins deux patins chauffés électriquement.

Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les patins sont pourvus de perforations, l'appareil (1) comprenant en outre des moyens de générer de l'air chaud et/ou de la vapeur d'eau pour permettre la circulation d'air chaud et/ou de vapeur d'eau à travers lesdites perforations des patins.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les dents du peigne intercalaire (7) sont plus longues que celles des peignes fixes (6, 8) .
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande pour commander le glissement du peigne mobile (7) correspondent à un bouton-poussoir (10) , de préférence disposé au niveau du manche (2) .
9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux rangées de dents (11,12) agencées de part et d'autre des peignes (6,7 et 8) empêchent le contact entre le patin et le cuir chevelu.
