Abstract

Cette invention concerne une méthode permettant de s'entraîner à réaliser des coupes sur un os au moyen d'un prototype artificiel (44) d'os (12). Cette méthode consiste à : réaliser d'une image en trois dimensions (3D) (42) d'un os de patient (12) ; fabriquer une prototype tridimensionnel (44) de l'os (12) conformément à l'image (42); immobiliser le prototype d'os (44); présenter un dispositif de coupe (58) par rapport au prototype d'os (44); procéder à une opération de coupe d'entraînement déterminée sur le prototype d'os (44) au moyen du dispositif de coupe (58); et inspecter une ou plusieurs coupes d'entraînement afin de déterminer sir une opération de coupe correspondante serait appropriée en conditions chirurgicales réelles sur l'os (12) du patient (12). Est également décrit un ensemble outil chirurgical (66) permettant d'exécuter l'opération de coupe d'entraînement.
