Abstract

L'invention concerne la forme optiquement active de 3-(N-alcoxycarbonyl-N-méthyl)amino-1-alcoxycarbonyloxy-(2-thiényl)propanes, qui sont de nouveaux composés correspondant à la formule générale (I); ils peuvent être préparés par la réaction de la forme optiquement active de3-(N,N-diméthylamino)-1-(2-thiényl)-propan-1-ol avec un ester haloformique en présence d'une base; et l'hydrolyse des composés (I) dans des condition de base donne la forme optiquement active de 3-(N-méthylamino)-1-(2-thiényl)-propan-1-ol: (I) dans laquelle R1 and R2 sont chacun indépendamment un alkyle possédant de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ou similaire; et * représente un centre asymétrique.
