Abstract

Centre d'appel pour la gestion de demandes de transport médical reposant sur l'utilisation d'un système qui assiste un agent du centre d'appel en déterminant automatiquement toutes les informations nécessaires ou en invitant l'agent à demander ces informations pour évaluer le niveau de service requis et les effets de dispositions contractuelles applicables. Le système recueille les informations concernant le patient et le transport demandé et applique des règles de niveau de service représentant les exigences réglementaires applicables pour le transport médical du lieu où se trouve le patient en vue de déterminer le niveau requis de service sur la base de l'état du patient et de ses besoins. Ledit système applique en outre des règles administratives représentant les dispositions contractuelles qui sont applicables au transport requis pour déterminer la responsabilité concernant le coût du transport, le pouvoir du demandeur de modifier le niveau de service ou d'autres aspects du transport et la responsabilité concernant le coût du transport au cas où un aspect du transport aurait été modifié.
