Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition électrolytique pour l'électrolyse de la saumure, un procédé d'électrolyse de la saumure et de l'hydroxyde de sodium préparé à partir dudit procédé. L'invention porte notamment sur une composition électrolytique pour l'électrolyse de la saumure, et sur un procédé d'électrolyse de la saumure consistant à injecter respectivement, par un tube d'injection d'eau pure, la saumure et de l'eau pure dans une chambre à cations et une chambre à anions divisées par une membrane de séparation installée dans une cellule électrolytique, et à appliquer une source d'énergie sur une plaque anode et une plaque cathode installées dans la chambre à cations et la chambre à anions en vue de la séparation du chlorure gazeux, de l'hydrogène gazeux et d'une solution aqueuse d'hydroxyde de sodium produits. Le procédé se caractérise en ce qu'une solution aqueuse d'un composé de platine est injectée dans la chambre à anions par le tube d'injection d'eau pure. L'invention porte également sur l'hydroxyde de sodium préparé selon ledit procédé.
