Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dispositif permettant de cultiver un organe viable (1). Ce dispositif renferme un milieu de culture permettant de cultiver un organe viable à l'aide d'une pompe (3). La pompe comporte une chambre (45) située entre une entrée et une sortie. Cette pompe exerce une action de pompage pulsatile sur le milieu de culture par déformation répétée d'une paroi tubulaire souple (44) de la chambre de pompe provoquée par un gaz sous pression. Le chemin d'écoulement du milieu de culture peut être circulatoire ou non circulatoire. Le dispositif possède un réservoir (70,80) et un récipient collecteur (74,84) pour le milieu de culture. S'opère également un transfert de gaz en direction et en provenance du milieu de culture. De plus, l'invention concerne la pompe proprement dite et un dispositif de commande de la pression du gaz débitant du gaz pulsé sous pression, notamment vers la pompe.
