Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à la fonderie, plus particulièrement aux procédés et dispositifs pour le rechargement sous laitier électroconducteur des cylindres composites et peut s'utiliser pour la fabrication et réparation de cylindres, rouleaux et des tables de manutention de différents types et dimensions etc., qui sont dotés d'une couche résistante à l'usure exigée par les conditions de travail. Selon l'invention, le procédé de rechargement sous laitier électroconducteur des cylindres composites consiste à former sur une ébauche une bosse diamétrale et fournir la première portion de métal après la fusion de cette bosse. On crée un champ magnétique rotatif à la limite du bain de laitier et du bain de métal, la direction de rotation de ce champ magnétique étant périodiquement modifiée. On fait également des entailles de passage dans la section intermédiaire du cristalliseur d'amenée de courant, la surface interne de la section d'amenée de courant étant réalisée en forme conique de haut en bas. Le dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre de ce procédé est muni d'un élément de support aménagé sur un mécanisme d'entraînement, le crystalliseur étant réalisé de façon à pouvoir s'éloigner de sa position de travail. L'invention permet de stabiliser les régimes de rechargement et de garantir la qualité de la couche déposée.
