Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pièces moulées de haute précision dimensionnelle à partir d'alliages métalliques de NE, ces pièces étant en particulier destinées à être utilisées dans la construction de mécanismes moteurs. Le procédé selon l'invention fait appel à un procédé de coulée sous pression centrifuge, selon lequel la forme extérieure des moules (22) respectifs à produire est introduite dans un chenal de coulée (14) inerte optimalisé en matière de mécanique des fluides par rapport aux alliages utilisés. Ces moules sont également optimalisés en matière de mécanique des fluides au niveau des points de coulée (19) et sont disposés sur un dispositif de coulée (11) monté de manière rotative de façon à pouvoir à être spatialement réglables. Lesdits moules peuvent être chauffés par induction (30) lors d'un cycle de coulée, respectivement à des fins de régulation thermique. Le procédé selon l'invention est conçu de façon à permettre un remplissage entièrement homogène et sans retassures des moules au moyen des forces de Coriolis et des forces centrifuges auxquelles la matière fondue est soumise.
