Abstract

Verfahren zur maßgenauen Feingussherstellung von Bauteilen aus NE-Metalllegierungen, insbesondere zur Verwendung im Triebwerksbau, unter Anwendung eines Schleuderformgussverfahrens mit der Außenform der jeweils herzustellenden, über eine gegenüber den verwendeten Legierungen reaktionsarmen strömungsmechanisch optimierten Gießrinne (14) gespeiste, an den Eingussstellen (19) ebenfalls strömungsmechanisch optimierten und an einer drehbar gelagerten Eingussvorrichtung (11) räumlich einstellbar angeordneten Gussformen (22), die alle jeweils zwecks Temperaturführung während des Gießvorganges induktiv (30) beheizbar sind, dies alles in derartiger Anordnung, dass ein vollständiges homogenes und lunkerfreies Füllen der Gussformen über die Coriolis-Kräfte der der Schmelze aufgeprägten Zentrifugalkräfte erfolgt.
