Abstract
Cette invention relève du domaine de l'industrie minière et concerne en particulier des dispositifs de broyage du minerai. Cette invention peut être utilisée dans des usines d'extraction et d'enrichissement du minerai. Le dispositif de la présente invention comprend une unité (1) d'alimentation en minerai de base reliée à l'entrée (3) d'un broyeur (4), une unité (6) de séparation par taille du minerai disposée au niveau de la sortie (5) du broyeur (4) ainsi qu'un concasseur (7), relié à l'unité (6), servant à broyer le matériau de taille critique, et dont la sortie est reliée à l'entrée (3) du broyeur (4). La présente invention se caractérise en ce qu'une deuxième unité (8) de séparation par taille du minerai est placée avant l'entrée (3) du broyeur (4). Cette deuxième unité (8) est reliée à l'entrée du concasseur (7) servant à broyer le matériau de taille critique ainsi qu'à l'entrée (3) du broyeur (4). L'unité (6) de séparation par taille du minerai est placée au niveau de la sortie (5) du broyeur (4) et est reliée au concasseur (7) par l'intermédiaire de la deuxième unité (8) de séparation par taille du minerai.
