Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Nachweis eines Metabolisierungsprozesses durch Immobilisierung zumindest eines Liganden mit einer spezifischen Bindungsstelle für zumindest ein Biomakromolekül auf einem Träger. Zumindest eine indikative Komponente des Biomakromoleküls eines zellulären Repertoires des Metabolisierungsprozesses in zumindest annähernd nativer und/oder metabolisierter Konformation wird durch die Interaktion der spezifischen Bindungsstelle mit einem aktiven Bindungszentrum der indikativen Komponente identifiziert.
