Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Oligonukleotidanordnung mit einem Substrat, das mindestens ein Feld aufweist, wobei in dem zumindest einen Feld Oligonukleotide mit feldspezifischer Sequenz immobilisiert sind, wobei die immobilisierten Oligonukleotide des mindestens einen Feldes derart modifiziert sind, dass sie gegen enzymatischen, chemischen, physikalischen und/oder chemisch-physikalischen Abbau als Einzelstrang und/oder als Doppelstrang stabil sind.
