Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de couper des matériaux durs, en particulier des pierres. Ce dispositif comprend un logement de scie (1) pourvu d'une ouverture (15) à obturateur (16) permettant de monter et d'extraire des éléments de roulement (3); un anneau d'entraînement (2) pourvu d'éléments coupants (5), cet anneau étant fixé mobile sur le logement de scie (1) par l'intermédiaire desdits éléments de roulements (3) disposés amovibles. Le dispositif selon l'invention comprend également un mécanisme d'entraînement de serrage constitué d'une paire de rouleaux coniques d'entraînement (13) disposés sur le logement du dispositif (8) de sorte que lesdits rouleaux d'entraînement (13) appuient sur l'anneau d'entraînement (2), le déplacent par rapport au logement de scie (1), et assurent une liaison cinématique avec l'entraînement du dispositif.
