Abstract
Description
MÁQUINA FUNDIDORA DE NEUMÁTICOS TIRE CASTING MACHINE
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, there is no known system for melting tires, it is only known that in some countries they grind tires and that they subsequently burn rubber, which is ground from the tires, producing a great environmental contamination, since gases produced by burned tires expand through the atmosphere.
So we state that our system for melting tires is optimal, since there is no contamination, in addition to the fact that this system allows obtaining raw materials to make various objects of public utility.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The tire smelting machine is a device that can be operated by one or several people, depending on the work to which it is to be subjected and according to the size of the machine, the number of tires it will melt.
The tire melting system is operated by means of heat and vacuum. The vacuum is used to extract the waste gases, condensing them; thus preventing them from entering the atmosphere and causing pollution.
For better understanding, Figure 1 is attached, which is a conventional perspective view of the machine components.
With reference to said figure, the machine consists of an oven (1), a place where the tires are placed inside; of burners (2), these are integrated into the furnace to provide fixed height to the burner with respect to the furnace (1); a vacuum gauge (3), which indicates the level of vacuum; a relief valve (4), which prevents the accumulation of gases emanating from the tires; a coil (5), place where the liquids from the oven (1) pass to the vacuum pump (7); a condenser (6), where the vapors that are generated and are prevented from contaminating the environment, since when a tire is burned, many pollutants are released into the atmosphere and the vacuum pump (7) is used to extract the vapors into a liquid tank (8), place where the vacuum pump deposits liquids; a thermometer (9), which indicates the temperature at which the oven (1) is working; An observation window (10) is also attached to see the operation of the oven (1); lastly, a waste discharge door (11) is added.
It is important to state that adding vacuum to the tire smelting process is to prevent the tires from burning due to the absence of oxygen, thereby avoiding contamination to the environment.
First the tires are put into the oven (1), then the oven is closed so that it is sealed, then the burners (2) of the oven are turned on and the vacuum pump (7) is turned on to extract the air from the oven (1 ) and avoid burning the tires and keep the vacuum pump between 10 and 20 mm hg of the vacuum gauge (3), the oven must be kept at 350 ° c to achieve melting of the tires.
The oven (1) has a relief valve (4) that prevents the accumulation of gases, followed by a coil (5) through which the gases that go from the oven to the vacuum pump pass, reach a condenser (6) in where the vapors condense and avoid contaminating the environment, it also has a liquid tank (8), it also has an observation window (10), to see the final moment of the smelting and finally it has a door discharge (11) of the molten waste.
