Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une chaussure consistant tout d'abord à : former une partie supérieure de chaussure (8) constituée d'une tige (7) et d'une semelle intérieure (5) cousue à la tige (7) et liée à une semelle extérieure (4) lorsque la chaussure est achevée ; puis à insérer dans un moule (1) une semelle d'usure (2) et à recouvrir cette dernière d'un mélange liège-latex à l'état pâteux ; ensuite à glisser un embouchoir (9) dans la partie supérieure de chaussure (8) et à placer l'unité ainsi formée par le haut dans le moule (1), de façon à fermer ledit moule (1) ; et à chauffer le moule, ce qui permet de lier la semelle intérieure (5) et la semelle d'usure (2) au mélange liège-latex.
