- the spacer element 11 is hollowed out with an axial channel 8 which receives a central tube 10 which is in good contact with the latter.
- the outer tube 9 is preferably made of stainless steel which has undergone a thermal annealing operation so as to give it a good capacity to undergo deformation and to retain it thereafter, after the stress at which it has submitted has ceased. It is known that the deformation of tubes by bending is a delicate operation which requires proven instruments and techniques under penalty of causing an angular crushing of the tube.
- the spacer element 11 disposed between the two outer 9 and central 10 tubes in fact performs two functions, namely a first technical function of maintaining these two concentric tubes at a constant and determined spacing, this which is favorable to a regular flow of the fluids delivered, and a second function which is to transmit from one tube to the other any deformation which is applied to one of them and in particular from the external tube 9 towards the central tube 10 , which ensures a regular curvature of the tubes and avoids the aforementioned angular crushing phenomenon.
- the external tube 9 will be made of a material of good deformability capable of retaining the deformation which has been applied to it after the deformation stress has ceased, this role could also be assigned to the central tube 10, possibly to the two tubes 9 and 10 or even also to the spacer element 11.
- the nozzle 3 of the polisher may include means for making it easily removable, especially at the end of sterilization.
- Such a nozzle 3 is thus formed in the example shown in the figure of a tubular rear part 3a which is extended forward by a cylindrical part of larger diameter 3b and which ends in a frustoconical front part 3c.
