Abstract

L'invention concerne une buse résistante au mouillage, permettant de distribuer de manière précise et exacte de petits volumes de liquide. La buse comporte un circuit d'écoulement interne et une surface externe qui s'éloigne du point de déversement à un angle supérieur à 90°, ainsi qu'une énergie de surface exceptionnellement faible pour la surface externe. Le matériau à faible énergie de surface peut se présenter sous la forme d'un revêtement déposé sur un substrat formé. Une zone de surface plane peut être incluse et peut comporter des bords acérés, l'un de ces bords pouvant définir la limite de la zone de faible énergie de surface. Un autre mode de réalisation comporte comme matériau à faible énergie de surface un matériau en vrac dans lequel un trou est percé. Le circuit d'écoulement interne à l'intérieur de la buse peut être légèrement effilé. Le liquide distribué a tendance à ne pas dépasser le bord de la zone de faible énergie de surface, qui peut coïncider avec un bord géométriquement acéré. De telles buses permettent de mieux distribuer des liquides qui présentent à la fois une faible énergie de surface et une faible viscosité, tels que des solvants organiques.
