Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum hygienischen Lagern und Transportieren von Materialien, wie z.B. Heutzutage werden für die Lagerung und den Transport von Materialien der vorstehend genannten Art u.a. rundumgeschlossene Transportwagen mit Türen, meist aus Aluminium eingesetzt. Dies erlaubt jedoch keine sichere Aufbereitung mit wirtschaftlich vertretbaren Verfahren. Eine Gefährdung infolge Kontamination mit über das Krankenhaus eingeschleppten Erregern in andere Einrichtungen des Gesundheitswesens über diese Transportwagen eingebracht, ist daher nicht auszuschliessen, wenn nicht sogar wahrscheinlich. Da die bekannten Konstruktionen der Transportwagen meist nicht waschbar sind, wird eine gesicherte Reinigung und Desinfektion in der Regel auch nicht durchgeführt . Die meisten chemothermischen Verfahren in den Waschanlagen sind derzeit nicht ausreichend. Eine tatsächliche sichere Reinigung und thermische Desinfektion kommt wegen des hohen Energieaufwandes bei einer Wagenwaschanlage mit diesen Transportwagen aus wirtschaftlichen Überlegungen nicht in Frage.Nowadays, for the storage and transport of materials of the aforementioned type, i.a. all-round transport trolley with doors, mostly made of aluminum. Jeder Transportwagen mit seinen beiden Hauben muss einen ausreichenden Luft- und Dampfaustausch ermöglichen, um eine gesicherte DampfSterilisation zu gewährleisten. Die Grosse der Transportwagen soll die Auslastung des internen Prozesses in der Aufbereitung selbst, die Auslastung im Transportfahrzeug (LKW) , die Möglichkeit der Regalfunktion (Lager) beim Kunden, sowie die optimale Nutzung für den Rücktransport gebrauchter Güter berücksichtigen. Daneben sind Anforderungen, wie der gesicherte Transport der Güter auf unebe- nen Wegen, die Verhinderung des Kippens, keine Schäden durch den Waschdesinfektionsprozess und der DampfSterilisation zu beachten.The transport trolleys must of course be sufficiently stable so that all transport goods in question (e.g. surgical covers, surgical gowns, instruments, laundry ...) can be transported safely. Die Transportwagen sowie die Hauben werden beim Rücktransport zur Aufnahme von kontaminierten Gütern eingesetzt.
