Abstract

Metals/Elements are rendered analyzable, extractable or recoverable from materials, such as precursor ore containing amorphous colloidal silica, by applying, under suitable conditions, secondary nucleation ('SN') process. Through this process, the precious metal/element-bearing amorphous colloidal silica and other fractions of these ores are transformed whereby the precious metal/elements are rendered recoverable or assayable.
