Abstract

L'invention est relative au domaine des matériaux calorifuges céramiques et concerne un matériau isolant pouvant être utilisé dans la construction de fours et de foyers, dans des chambres de réaction chimique ou en aérospatial. L'objectif de cette invention est de produire un matériau calorifuge à propriétés calorifuges comparables ou supérieures à celles de matières isolantes fibreuses. A cet effet, ce matériau est produit selon un procédé dans lequel des fibres courtes organiques sont dispersées dans un liquide, lequel liquide est une suspension contenant des particules céramiques et au moins des agents de liaison. Ensuite, ces particules céramiques et ces agents de liaison sont déposés par coagulation sur les fibres courtes organiques, ces fibres sont séparées puis les particules céramiques sont frittées.
