Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Isolierung von Nucleinsäuren aus einer Lösung, wobei die Nukleinsäuren an einer SiO2-haltigen Oberfläche in Gegenwart von Alkalihalogeniden und Alkohol absorbiert werden. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung einer Pufferlösung enthaltend Alkalihalogenide zur Isolierung von Nukleinsäuren an einem SiO2-haltigen Träger sowie ein Kit zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens zur Isolierung von Nukleinsäuren aus einer Lösung.
