Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une bande de papier. La bande de papier est produite à partir d'une composition de qualité inférieure, qui contient des pâtes à papier de qualité inférieure, comme une pâte recyclée et/ou une pâte de bois, et qui dans un mode de réalisation préféré, est une pâte de papier journal. Selon le procédé de l'invention, une matière de remplissage préfloculée est ajoutée à la pâte à papier avant qu'une bande de papier soit formée à partir de la composition. La matière de remplissage est retenue dans la bande, et la rétention de composants non désirés de la composition dans la bande est réduite si l'on compare avec du papier journal dans lequel une matière de remplissage est incorporée par des procédés conventionnels. Selon un autre mode de réalisation, on incorpore une pâte liquide, préfloculée, de rejets imprégnés dans une pâte à papier, avant la formation de papier. La bande de papier formée par le procédé de l'invention présente des propriétés améliorées grâce à l'incorporation à la bande de la matière de remplissage préfloculée ou des rejets traités.
