Conductive polymers are, for example, doped polyethylene (PEDOT) or possibly PANI.

- the semiconductor layer consists, for example, of conjugated polymers, such as polythiophenes, polythienylenevinylenes or polyfluorene derivatives, which can be processed from solution by spin coating, knife coating or printing.
