Abstract
Description
Wärme-Kälte-Verfahren und Geräte zur Schmerzbehandlung insbesondere von akutem Spannungskopfschmerz und Migräne Heat-cold procedures and devices for pain treatment, especially of acute tension headache and migraines
Beschreibungdescription
So far, mainly medicinal treatments are known for the treatment of acute tension headache and migraines.
Normal ner driving and devices for pain treatment are based on the findings in the symptoms (Fig. 1 and 2) tension headache, various forms of pain (Fig. 3 and 4), especially in migraine and tinitus complaints (Fig. 1 and 2. ) and comparable complaints.
From the point of view of the inventors, migraine pain and other forms of headache are a state of vascular persistence, which is therefore not subject to contraction and, due to the existing enlargement or narrowing of the vessel, leads to vascular pain which is communicated to the brain cells via the nerve tracts. Only when the vascular behavior (enlargement or narrowing) dissolves does the pain decrease. As is known, this vascular behavior can persist for a long time, even over several days, and lead to the known unbearable complaints of the patient.
With this new method, external influence can be used to remove the state of stiffness. There is a reorganization of the vascular drain in its original elasticity and contractility.
The method and the devices described in more detail below (Fig. 1 - 4) serve to reduce or eliminate pain (headache, migraine and the like / elimination of tinitus complaints and comparable complaints).
The function is based on the effects of heat and cold alternating on the arterial and venous vessels from outside, in alternating periods of time in seconds or minutes. This heat-cold alternation causes the solidification of the blood vessels to dissolve, which supplies the respective pain area with blood and has a pain-relieving effect on the responsible nerve pathways, synapses and stimulation conductors.
Through the heat-cold treatment, the natural flexibility of the above. Systems promoted and thus the pain reduced or eliminated.
The pain treatment by existing devices is based on the warmth / cold stimulation activation. All forms of cold and heat supply are conceivable. Electric hot and cold plates, dry or moist environment, moisture or dry cloths or corresponding materials made of plastic, fabric, rubber.
The devices (Fig. 1 - 4) are easy to handle and are equipped with cooling and heating units / elements and act via power supply or cold and hot water supply or corresponding cooling liquids (such as oils or fixed units and from ice cubes to liquid ones Nitrogen.
Additional medicinal additions (especially homeopathic) can be added, such as. B. Moisture milieu with St. John's wort or similar vascular relaxing herbal ingredients.
The present principle of supplying heat and cold was tested on several people with acute pain. The success rate was approx. 90%, whereby tension headache, migraine and acute headache require different lengths of heat and cold supply.
In tension headache, the same duration of heat and cold proves to be the most successful.
For migraines, a longer cold supply works most effectively compared to a shorter heat supply. The decision as to which individual settings / frequencies are selected can be derived from the secondary symptoms (such as sensitivity to light, sensitivity to noise, nausea, sensitivity to pressure and sensitivity to heat and cold).
A device (FIG. 1) similar to a headphone (FIG. 1) (1) with two shells (FIG. 1) (2) is used for the treatment of migraine, tension headache and tinitus. In the shells (Fig. 1) (2) are the heating (Fig. 1) (3) cooling elements (Fig. 1) (4), which are controlled by a corresponding device (Fig. 1) (5) either in time interval control Apply the heat (Fig. 1) (3) or the cold element (Fig. 1) (4) alternating the skin. A cushion of moisture / tissue must be present between the cold and warm elements and the epidermis.
Das Niederspannungsoder Normalgerät (Fig. 1) (8) ist mit dem Ein- und Ausschalter (Fig. 1) (9) versehen sowie mit der Intervall- und Zeitsteuerung (Fig. 1) (10).Electrical leads (Fig. 1) (6) run in the bracket of the headphones (Fig. 1) (1) and are connected to the low-voltage or normal device (Fig. 1) (Fig. 1) (Fig. 1) (7) 8) are connected. The low-voltage or normal device (Fig. 1) (8) is provided with the on / off switch (Fig. 1) (9) and with the interval and time control (Fig. 1) (10).
In the heating element (Fig. 1) (3) or the cold plate elements (Fig. 1) (4) cooling fin systems (Fig. 1) (11) made of different materials such. As aluminum, brass, ceramics and other metals that dissipate heat and cold are used.
The low-current supply is used to heat or cool in order to use the alternating electromechanics (FIG. 1) (5) and the associated associated control electronics (Fig. 1) (8) within the necessary intervals to arrive at the pain treatment required in each case.
