Abstract

The method of production can, amongst others, be used for the production of solar modules, in which the individual solar cells are electrically connected in series. At least one recess (10) is thus produced in a semiconductor layered construct, containing a p-n junction and an electrically-conducting substance (Al) deposited in an essentially directed manner on a substrate section comprising the recess (10), whereby the deposition direction, running at a solid angle, is set at such an inclination that only a wall section within the recess (10) is covered by the electrically-conducting material and thus the front electrode layer (6) of a solar cell is electrically contacted with the rear electrode layer (11) of a solar cell neighbouring the above cell. By means of said method metallisation levels of multi-layered circuit boards can be electrically connected to each other.
