Abstract

L'invention porte sur la séparation par voie humide de minerais finement broyés. Le procédé et le dispositif de cette invention sont destinés à être utilisés dans l'extraction efficace de métaux précieux et de leurs concentrés à partir de résidus miniers. La chambre de concentration est suspendue à une plaque d'entraînement, montée de façon à générer des oscillations dans deux plans perpendiculaires et possède au centre un tuyau de déversement pour une meilleure évacuation de la fraction légère, et comporte des tuyaux suspendus destinés à submerger les particules suffisamment lourdes. Dans la partie conique de la chambre sont placés des manchons d'accouplement pour l'écoulement de l'eau et la formation de courants tourbillonnaires indépendants qui contiennent en suspension les particules lourdes de différentes tailles formant le concentré qui, après accumulation et submersion, tombe dans le réceptacle de la fraction lourde.
