Abstract

L'invention concerne, d'une part, des préparations comprenant des échantillons biologiques conservés sous la forme de poudres amorphes sèches et, d'autre part, des excipients hydrophobes. Les préparations sont conçues pour l'administration et le stockage à long terme des matières bioactives, en particulier, les vaccins antiviraux et les vaccins antimicrobiens, les cellules et les vecteurs, à température ambiante ou à des températures supérieures. L'invention concerne également des procédés permettant de fabriquer ces préparations.
