Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour éliminer et valoriser des déchets de tout type, par exemple des déchets industriels, ménagers ou spéciaux, et des biens industriels mis au rebut. L'invention concerne en particulier l'élimination et la valorisation de gaz qui sont absorbés par l'eau de refroidissement, lors du refroidissement rapide de gaz de synthèse bruts, et qui se dégagent à nouveau de cette eau de refroidissement dans une zone de stabilisation. Dans une zone à haute température, le matière à éliminer forme un amas (20) perméable aux gaz, et le gaz de synthèse brut est formé. Ce dernier est refroidi rapidement et purifié par pulvérisation d'eau froide, afin d'empêcher toute nouvelle formation de polluants. L'eau froide est ensuite épurée dans un bassin de décantation (103). Selon l'invention, les gaz qui se dégagent de l'eau froide dans le bassin de décantation (103) sont réintroduits dans le cycle matière et/ou convertis thermiquement.
