Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kolben für eine Kartusche nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a piston for a cartridge according to the preamble of claim 1.
Die bekannten Kartuschenkolben weisen einen an der Kolbenwand angeformten Ringsteg auf, dessen äußerer Rand als Dichtlippe ausgebildet ist. Der Ringsteg weist im nicht eingesetzten Zustand mit seinem freiem Ende schräg nach außen. Zwischen dem Ringsteg und dem Kolbenboden besteht ein ringförmiger Spalt V-förmigen Querschnitts. Der Kolben nach den Figuren 1 und 2 weist einen Kolbenboden 1, eine Kolbenwand 2 und einen an die Kolbenwand 2 angeformten Ringsteg 3 auf. Zwischen dem Ringsteg 3 und dem Kolbenboden 1 wird somit ein ringförmiger Spalt 4 V-förmigen Querschnitss gebildet. Im nicht eingesetzten Zustand gemäß Figur 1 weist der Ringsteg 3 mit seinem freien Ende schräg nach außen, bildet also im Querschnitt gesehen einen Kegelstumpf.The piston according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a piston head 1, a piston wall 2 and an annular web 3 molded onto the piston wall 2. Wird der Kolben 1 in die Kartusche 8 eingesetzt, dann kommt als erstes der äußere Rand 9 der Ringrippe 7 in Kontakt mit der Einführungsschräge 10 am unteren Rand der Kartusche 8. Beim weiteren Einsetzen wird der Ringsteg 3 radial nach innen deformiert, wobei dann im eingesetzten Zustand die Dichtlippe 6 unter Vorspannung in Kontakt steht mit der Innenwand 11 der Kartusche 8, wie dies die Figur 2 zeigt. Der äußere Rand 9 der Ringrippe 7 befindet sich hierbei im Abstand zur Innenwand 11. Im nicht eingebauten Zustand des Kolbens verläuft die Verbindungslinie 12 zwischen dem äußeren Rand 9 der Ringrippe 7 und der Dichtlippe 6 unter einem spitzen Winkel α zur Einfuhrungsschräge 10 der Kartusche 8. Damit ist gewährleistet, daß stets der äußere Rand 9 in Kontakt tritt mit der Einführungsschräge 10. Die Dichtlippe 6 kommt erst dann mit der Kartuschenwand in Berührung, wenn der Kolben beim Eindrücken in die Kartusche 8 von der konischen Einführungsschräge in den zylindrischen Wandbereich 11 gleitet.If the piston 1 is inserted into the cartridge 8, the outer edge 9 of the ring rib 7 comes first into contact with the insertion slope 10 at the lower edge of the cartridge 8.
