Definitions
- the invention relates to a sliding loading floor for a trunk of a vehicle according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Such a sliding loading floor is known from DE 197 09 114 A1.
- the conveyor belt is supported between a front roller and an aft roller by means of several support rollers.
- Such a support is relatively complex and yet not very suitable for storing heavy parts.
- a movable loading floor for commercial vehicles which has a plurality of loading belts arranged parallel to one another, the respective upper run of which runs between two deflecting rollers on a plurality of supporting rollers carrying the loading belt.
- support plates can be provided between the support rollers, which at high point loads, eg. B. ensure a sufficient support by a loading vehicle driving through the loading floor with the loading belt at rest.
- the support rollers protruding from the support plates are intended to reduce the friction between the respective loading belt and the support plates.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a sliding loading floor that is simple in construction and can also be used for storing heavy parts. This object is achieved according to the present invention by a sliding loading floor with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention can be found in the subclaims.
- the conveyor belt is preferably a fabric or a carpet which can be adapted to the color scheme of the vehicle interior and which is provided on its underside with a slide film or a slide coating.
- the sliding surface supports the conveyor belt over the entire length between the two end rollers. This creates an essentially completely flat loading floor that is movable.
- the sliding surface is preferably formed from a sheet with a sliding coating, for example a plastic layer or a lacquer layer.
- rollers have a surface with a high coefficient of friction, it is possible, for example, to connect one of the rollers to a drive, so that the conveyor belt and thus the load can be moved automatically.
- the conveyor belt can be locked by means of a braking device.
- a braking device can for example, lock at least one of the rollers or, according to an alternative embodiment, act directly on the conveyor belt.
- an eccentric disc can advantageously be used, which can be moved by means of a brake lever from a braking position in which a larger diameter part of the eccentric disc presses on the conveyor belt, preferably in its edge region, into a release position in which the eccentric disc is out of contact with the The conveyor belt is standing or is only slidingly touching it without clamping intervention.
- One of the rollers is preferably mounted so as to be adjustable with respect to its center distance from the other roller.
- This adjustable mounting can be supplemented or replaced by a resilient mounting which prestresses the one roller in the direction of increasing its center distance from the other roller.
- FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a sliding loading floor.
- the sliding loading floor according to the invention is connected to the trunk floor 1 of a vehicle by means of a support frame 2.
- the vehicle is preferably designed as a limousine, the sliding loading floor having the advantage over other known devices that when the load is moved, no part stands beyond the rear boundary of the vehicle, so that this sliding loading floor can also be used in vehicles whose trunk is at the rear is limited by a vertical wall.
- the sliding loading floor contains two rotatably mounted deflection rollers or rollers 5 and 6, which are arranged with their axes of rotation transversely to the direction of travel on the support frame 2.
- an endless conveyor belt 4 is guided, which has on its underside or inside a slide film 4A, which is supported on a fixed sliding surface 3 when the conveyor belt 4 moves, which is arranged between the rollers 5 and 6 and with that Support frame 2 is firmly connected.
- the sliding surface 3 can consist of sheet metal, wood or a sandwich composite panel, for example made of wood and plastic or of metal and plastic.
- a different type of slide layer can also be provided on the underside of the conveyor belt 4. Since the sliding surface 3 extends essentially over the entire length between the two rollers 5 and 6 deflecting the conveyor belt 4, the upper run of the conveyor belt 4 together with the sliding surface 3 forms a completely flat loading floor.
- the visible surface of the conveyor belt 4 is formed by a carpet 4B, the color and quality of which can be adapted to the rest of the interior of the vehicle.
- the top of the sliding surface 3 can also be provided with a sliding layer made of a well sliding material, for example a plastic such as Teflon. Depending on the pairing of materials, it may be sufficient to provide only the sliding surface 3 or the underside of the conveyor belt 4 with a sliding layer.
- the front roller 6 with respect to the vehicle is rotatably mounted on a horizontally arranged pressure strut 7, which in turn is fastened in an adjustable manner to a receptacle 8.
- the recording 8 contains z. B. an adjustable nut 13. By rotating the nut 13, the roller 6 is adjusted in its axial distance relative to the axis of the roller 5 via the resulting longitudinal movement of the pressure strut 7. The tension of the conveyor belt 4 is thereby adjustable.
- the axis of the roller 6 can also be resiliently biased in the direction of an increase in the center distance.
- the receptacle 8 is fastened to the support frame 2 by means of a holder 7.
- the conveyor belt 4 can be locked or released either by means of a braking device.
- the braking device is designed as an eccentric disc 9, which is rotated by approximately 180 degrees pivotable brake lever 10 from a braking position 10A in an additionally shown release position 10B is rotatable, in the braking position 10A with its larger diameter part against the bottom or inside of the lower run of the conveyor belt 4 and thereby z. B. clamps against a pressure surface 12 of the support frame 2, whereas it releases the conveyor belt 4 in the release position 10B.
- the sliding loading floor according to the invention is very easy to use.
- one or more pieces of luggage are placed on the conveyor belt 4 at the rear in the area of the roller 5.
- the piece of luggage is pushed forward with the conveyor belt 4, which is supported flatly and slidably on the sliding surface 3, until there is sufficient space again at the rear end of the conveyor belt 4 to place another piece of luggage.
- the brake lever 10 is pivoted into its braking position 10B and the conveyor belt 4 is thereby locked.
- the process described above takes place in the opposite direction.
- an electric drive can also be provided, which, for. B. acts on at least one of the two rollers 5 and 6 and thus enables an automatic method of luggage.
