Ainsi, l'élément intermédiaire étant destiné à être rendu solidaire du fond, l'angle maximal de rotation entre le couvercle et l'élément intermédiaire est réduit par rapport à ce qu'il est dans la configuration du boîtier décrit dans le document US- A-5 568 820 Typiquement, cet angle est de l'ordre de 180° Ainsi, lorsqu'une charnière film est utilisée entre l'élément intermédiaire et le couvercle, les problèmes d'élongation du matériau, de blanchiment, et d'esthétique évoqués ci- avant en référence au document US-A-5 568 820 ne se posent pas de manière aussi sensible En outre, en position d'utilisation, l'élément intermédiaire ne déborde pas le plan formé par l'ouverture du logement de sorte qu'aucune protubérance favorisant son déverrouillage n'est formée Enfin, on obtient un dispositif relativement peu encombrant dans cette position
Avantageusement, les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires sont formés par une paroi latérale du fond qui est délimitée par un premier bord adjacent au couvercle en position fermée du boîtier, et un second bord opposé au premier, lesdits moyens d'accrochage complémentaires étant disposés à distance du premier bord Ainsi, les moyens d'accrochage ne se fixent pas sur le bord supérieur de la paroi latérale du fond comme c'est le cas dans le boîtier décrit dans le document US-A-4 840 288 Les moyens d'accrochage ne peuvent ainsi pas aisément être déverrouillés involontairement par l'utilisateur
Avantageusement encore, les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires sont formés par une paroi latérale du fond qui est délimitée par un premier bord adjacent au couvercle en position fermée du boîtier et un second bord opposé au premier, un premier axe d'articulation étant disposé sensiblement au niveau du second bord
Selon un aspect avantageux de l'invention les moyens d'accrochage de l'élément intermédiaire sont aptes à coopérer par encliquetage avec les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires du fond, lesdits moyens d'accrochage comportant un organe apte, lors de sa mise en engagement avec les moyens d'accrochage complémentaires du fond, à fléchir élastiquement dans une direction perpendiculaire à un axe longitudinal dudit élément intermédiaire
De manière avantageuse, l'élément intermédiaire présente deux bords longitudinaux Ces deux bords sont notamment, parallèles l'un par rapport à l'autre un premier axe d'articulation étant situé au voisinage d'un premier bord de l'élément intermédiaire Un second axe est situé au voisinage d'un second bord de l'élément intermédiaire, opposé au premier Ainsi, I articulation autour du premier axe relie l'élément intermédiaire au fond tandis que l'articulation autour du second axe relie l'élément intermédiaire au couvercle
Avantageusement, en position d'utilisation, les moyens d'accrochage sont agencés se sorte que l'engagement du fond sur l'élément intermédiaire est irréversible Dans ces conditions, lors de la première utilisation, l'élément intermédiaire est immobilisé par rapport au fond, et le premier axe devient inopérationnel Seul le pivotement du couvercle sur la pièce intermédiaire, autour du second axe est possible, et ceci sur une portion angulaire limitée, par rapport à l'angle d'ouverture maximal
La disposition décrite ci-dessus permet d'obtenir un accrochage solide de l'élément intermédiaire sur le fond, même si le boîtier présente une faible épaisseur
En raison de l'aptitude du couvercle à pivoter de 360° par rapport au fond, le boîtier peut être présenté en position ouverte, de sorte que son contenu soit visible immédiatement pour l'utilisateur Ainsi, dans cette position d'ouverte maximale, le boîtier peut être conditionné sous blister transparent, et exposé sur les lieux de vente Aussi, ce mode de conditionnement sous b ster présente l'avantage de pouvoir minimiser la surface du boîtier
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, le boîtier peut être formé intégralement de moulage, en une seule pièce, lesdits axes étant formés chacun par une charnière-film
En variante, l'un seulement desdits axes peut être réalisé sous forme d'une charnière-film, l'autre sous forme de charnière à axe rapporté Selon ce mode de réalisation, le boîtier est constitue de deux pièces distinctes d un fond (avec l'élément intermédiaire) et d un couvercle L'axe reliant le fond à l'élément intermédiaire est formé par une charnière à axe rapporté De ce fait, le fond (avec l'élément intermédiaire), et le couvercle, peuvent être réalisés en deux matériaux différents De préférence, le fond et l'élément intermédiaire sont moulés intégralement en un matériau économiquement avantageux et approprié à la réalisation de la charnière-film tel qu'en polypropylene ou une autre polyoléfine appropriée En ce qui concerne le couvercle constituant la partie la plus visible du boîtier, celui-ci peut être réalise en un matériau autre que le polypropylene, permettant notamment la réalisation d'une décoration particulière ou d'un laquage A titre d'exemples non limitatifs pour les matériaux pouvant constituer le couvercle, on citera l'acrylobutadiène-styrene (ABS), l'urée-formaldéhyde, les polyacrylates, le polystyrène, le polyoxyméthylene (POM), le verre acrylique ou le polystyrène- acrylonitπle (SAN)
Le boîtier visé par l'invention est, de préférence, réalisé sous forme sensiblement plate II définit un réceptacle, délimitant au moins un compartiment, apte à contenir un produit, notamment un produit délitable, tel qu'un produit de maquillage Avantageusement, le réceptacle est conformé pour contenir, en outre, un organe d'application du produit De plus, le couvercle peut être muni, sur sa face interne, d'un miroir, permettant à l'utilisatrice de se regarder en cours de maquillage
Le cas échéant, le boîtier comporte des moyens, aptes à permettre le verrouillage réversible en position fermée du couvercle sur le fond L'invention consiste, mis à part les dispositions exposées ci-dessus, en un certain nombre d'autres dispositions qui seront explicitées ci-après, à propos d'exemples de réalisation non limitatifs, décrits en référence aux figures annexées, parmi lesquelles - la figure 1 représente une vue en perspective d'un boîtier de type boîtier de maquillage selon l'invention ,

En référence aux figures 1 à 6, un boîtier de maquillage conforme à l'invention est désigné par la référence 1 II est de forme sensiblement plate, tel qu'utilisé notamment pour le conditionnement de produits de maquillage, tels que des fonds de teints, des ombres à paupières, des blushs, ou d'autres produits du même type II peut présenter une faible épaisseur, par exemple de l'ordre de 8 mm ou 10 mm
Comme visible sur ces figures, le boîtier 1 est formé principalement à partir d'un fond 2 et d'un couvercle 4, monté pivotant sur le fond Le boîtier est moulé en une seule pièce en un matériau thermoplastique approprié, par exemple en polypropylene Le fond 2 forme un ou plusieurs compartiments, sous forme d'au moins un réceptacle 2a pour un produit délitable P, notamment un produit de maquillage Le cas échéant, l'un des compartiments peut être utilisé pour loger un applicateur, permettant de prélever le produit P et de l'appliquer à l'endroit désiré (non représenté) Le couvercle 4 présente un renfoncement 9 s'étendant sur une partie substantielle de sa surface, de manière à recevoir un miroir 4a Un fermoir 4b porté par le couvercle 4 est apte à venir en engagement avec un organe correspondant 2b porté par le fond 2 de manière à assurer le verrouillage réversible du couvercle 4 sur le fond 2 Au voisinage de cet organe de verrouillage 2b, le fond 2 forme un décrochement 3, en forme de manière à faciliter l'ouverture du boîtier 1
Le couvercle 4 est relié au fond 2 au moyen d'un élément intermédiaire 20, de forme allongée présentant deux bords longitudinaux 21 , 22 L'élément intermédiaire est délimité latéralement par deux flancs 20a, 20b Comme visible notamment sur la figure 1 l'élément intermédiaire 20 est relié au fond par une première charnière film 23, formant un premier axe d'articulation Ai Cette charnière film est située sur le bord 21 de l'élément intermédiaire 20 Sur le bord 22 est formé une seconde charnière film 24, formant un second axe d'articulation A2 Cette seconde charnière film 24 relie l'élément intermédiaire 2 au couvercle 4 Ainsi, l'articulation du couvercle, via l'élément intermédiaire, sur le fond est assurée par une structure à double articulation, à axes parallèles
Une paroi latérale 5 du fond 2, attenante à la charnière film 23, comporte une ouverture allongée B Cette ouverture B s'étend, de manière rectiligne, dans une direction parallèle aux axes Ai et A2, sur une portion substantielle de la largeur de la paroi 5 L'élément intermédiaire 20, sur sa face destinée à venir au contact de la paroi latérale 5 du fond comporte des moyens de verrouillage C Ces moyens de verrouillage C sont aptes à s'engager, de manière irréversible, dans l'ouverture B
Les moyens de verrouillage C sont réalisés sous forme d'une languette longitudinale 30 Cette languette 30 est orientée parallèlement aux axes de pivot A1 et A2, et s'étend sur une zone médiane de l'élément intermédiaire 20 suivant une largeur sensiblement égale à la largeur de l'ouverture B L'ouverture B positionnée de façon appropriée pour permettre l'introduction de la languette 30 La languette 30 présente une surface en pente 32 dont un bord a un profil en forme de crochet 31 L'accrochage de languette 30 est assurée par ce profil en forme de crochet 31 , venant se loger a l'intérieur d'un bord interne de l'ouverture B A cet effet, la languette 30 présente une légère flexibilité dans une direction sensiblement parallèle au plan de l'élément intermédiaire 30 (perpendiculairement vers l'extérieur par rapport à l'axe Ai)
La disposition du boîtier en position d'ouverture maximale illustrée sur la figure 3, permet de positionner le couvercle sous le fond, de sorte que la face supérieure 41 du couvercle 4 vienne en regard de la face inférieure 25 du fond 2 Dans cette position, le boîtier 1 est en position de présentation, ouvert selon un angle de 360°, par rapport à la position fermée du boîtier
Dans la position de présentation illustrée sur la figure 3 le boîtier ouvert à 360° peut être présenté sur les lieux de vente de manière à rendre visible le produit conditionné dans le compartiment 2a Cette position permet, également, d'emballer le boîtier sous blister transparent Ceci présente l'avantage que le produit est protégé, tout en permettant a la consommatrice de choisir la teinte de produit désirée, sans être obligée d'ouvrir le boîtier Le boîtier ainsi conditionné présente un encombrement minimum
Lorsque le boîtier est conditionne sous blister, après déballage du boîtier, celui ci se trouve donc en position d'ouverture maximale à 360° (figure 3) Pour pouvoir utiliser le boîtier, l'utilisateur fait pivoter le couvercle 4 par rapport au fond 2 Lors de ce mouvement de pivot du couvercle 4, depuis la position de présentation illustrée sur la figure 3, celui-ci passe successivement par les positions montrées sur les figures 1 et 2, puis 4, jusqu'à la position de fermeture illustrée sur la figure 5 Pendant ce mouvement de pivot, l'élément intermédiaire 20 se rapproche de la paroi latérale 5 du fond
La languette 30 vient alors en regard de l'orifice B, et la surface en pente 32 vent en appui contre le bord inférieur de l'orifice B Sous l'effet d'une contrainte se produisant lors du mouvement de pivot du couvercle 4, la languette 30, sur la totalité de sa largeur, subit un fléchissement élastique vers le haut II est possible ainsi d'introduire la languette 30 entièrement dans l'ouverture B Lorsque le profil en forme de crochet 31 a franchi le bord intérieur 107 de l'ouverture B (figure 7a), la languette revient, par élasticité, dans sa position initiale Le crochet 31 se loge derrière la paroi latérale 5 du fond et provoque le verrouillage irréversible de l'élément intermédiaire 20 sur le fond De cette façon, le premier axe Ai devient inopérationnel, de manière définitive

Pour ouvrir et fermer le boîtier, en vue de son utilisation pour le maquillage, l'utilisateur effectue un mouvement de pivot uniquement autour de l'axe A2, suivant un angle de 180° (figure 6)
Les figures 7a et 7b illustrent une variante de réalisation, suivant lequel un boîtier 101 est constitué essentiellement de deux éléments distincts 102 104 Par rapport au premier mode de réalisation, les parties du boîtier, identiques ou jouant un rôle similaire, portent les numéros de référence du boîtier 1 , majorés de 100 Par rapport au premier mode de réalisation, le boîtier 101 diffère par le fait que le fond 102 est moulé intégralement avec l'élément intermédiaire 120 en un matériau approprié Sa configuration, ainsi que son fonctionnement sont semblables à ceux du boîtier 1 et leur description ne sera reprise que succinctement
L'élément intermédiaire 120 est relié au fond 102 par une charnière film 123 formant un premier axe d'articulation Ai Cette charnière film devient inopérationnel après la première fermeture du boîtier, comme décrit précédemment par rapport au boîtier 1 du mode de réalisation décrit précédemment La seconde charnière 124, est du type à axe rapporté et comporte un axe rapporté
La structure du boîtier 101 présente l'avantage de pouvoir choisir, pour la réalisation du fond et de l'élément intermédiaire, peu visibles, un premier matériau économiquement avantageux, par exemple le polypropylene Ce matériau permet la réalisation de la charnière film 123 Les moyens de verrouillage C sont identiques à ceux décrits précédemment en référence au boîtier 1 Les réalisations conformes à l'invention permettent un verrouillage solide des moyens C dans l'orifice d'accrochage B du fond 102 Par ailleurs, ces moyens sont invisibles pour l'utilisatrice, en cours d'utilisation du boîtier Une éventuelle déformation de l'élément intermédiaire 120 ou de la paroi latérale 105 du fond, au cours de nombreuses utilisations ne sera guère remarquée
Quant au couvercle, avantageusement, on choisit un second matériau plastique, apte à recevoir une décoration particulière ou un laquage Ceci est important, car le couvercle est la partie la plus visible et valorisante d'un boîtier de maquillage Le second matériau est choisi, par exemple, parmi l'urée formaldéhyde, l'acrylobutadiene-styrene (ABS) ou le polystyrene-acrylonitπle (SAN), le polyoxyméthylène (POM), les verres acryliques, le styrène, etc
Dans la description détaillée qui précède, il a été fait référence à des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention II est évident que des variantes peuvent y être apportées sans s'écarter de l'esprit de l'invention telle que revendiquée ci-après

REVENDICATIONS
1 - Boîtier (1 , 101 ) de conditionnement d'un produit (P), notamment cosmétique, comportant un fond (2, 102) délimitant au moins un logement (2a, 102a) contenant ledit produit (P), et un couvercle (4, 104) articulé sur le fond via un élément intermédiaire (20, 120) apte, dans une première configuration du boîtier, à pivoter à la fois par rapport au couvercle (4, 104) et par rapport au fond (2, 102), de façon à permettre au couvercle (4, 104) de pivoter de 360° par rapport au fond, ledit élément intermédiaire (20, 120) comportant des moyens d'accrochage (C) aptes dans une seconde configuration du boîtier, dite "d'utilisation", à venir en engagement avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (B) du fond (2, 102) de manière à permettre le verrouillage de l'élément intermédiaire (20, 120) sur le fond (2, 102), ledit logement comportant une ouverture s'étendant sensiblement dans un plan (X), ledit élément intermédiaire (20, 120) étant, en position d'utilisation, disposé sensiblement dans son intégralité d'un même côté dudit plan (X)

10.- Boîtier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il définit un réceptacle, délimitant au moins un compartiment (2a, 102a), apte à contenir au moins un produit, notamment un produit délitable (P), tel qu'un produit de maquillage
11.- Boîtier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérise en ce qu'il comporte des moyens (2b, 4b) aptes à permettre le verrouillage réversible en position fermée du couvercle (4, 104) sur le fond (2, 102)
12 - Boîtier (1 , 101) de conditionnement d'un produit (P), notamment cosmétique comportant un fond (2, 102) délimitant au moins un logement (2a, 102a) contenant ledit produit (P), et un couvercle (4, 104) articulé sur le fond via un élément intermédiaire (20, 120) apte, dans une première configuration du boîtier, à pivoter à la fois par rapport au couvercle (4, 104) et par rapport au fond (2, 102), de façon à permettre au couvercle (4, 104) de pivoter de 360e par rapport au fond, ledit élément intermédiaire (20, 120) comportant des moyens d'accrochage (C) aptes dans une seconde configuration du boîtier, dite "d'utilisation", à venir en engagement avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (B) du fond (2, 102) de manière à permettre le verrouillage irréversible de l'élément intermédiaire (20, 120) sur le fond (2, 102), lesdits moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (B) étant formés par une paroi latérale (5) du fond (2, 102), ladite paroi (5) étant délimitée par un premier bord (50) adjacent au couvercle en position fermée du boîtier, et un second bord (51) opposé au premier, lesdits moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (B) étant disposés à distance du premier bord (50).
13, - Boîtier (1 , 101 ) de conditionnement d'un produit (P), notamment cosmétique, comportant un fond (2, 102) délimitant au moins un logement (2a, 102a) contenant ledit produit (P), et un couvercle (4, 104) articulé sur le fond via un élément intermédiaire (20, 120) apte, dans une première configuration du boîtier, à pivoter à la fois par rapport au couvercle (4, 104) et par rapport au fond (2, 102), de façon à permettre au couvercle (4, 104) de pivoter de 360° par rapport au fond, ledit élément intermédiaire (20, 120) étant formé de moulage en une seule pièce avec le fond (2, 102), ledit élément intermédiaire (20, 120) comportant des moyens d'accrochage (C) aptes dans une seconde configuration du boîtier, dite "d'utilisation", à venir en engagement avec des moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (B) du fond (2, 102) de manière à permettre le verrouillage de l'élément intermédiaire (20, 120) sur le fond (2, 102), lesdits moyens d'accrochage complémentaires (B) étant formés par une paroi latérale (5) du fond (2, 102), ladite paroi (5) étant délimitée par un premier bord (50) adjacent au couvercle en position fermée du boîtier, et un second bord (51) opposé au premier, un premier axe d'articulation (A1) étant disposé sensiblement au niveau du second bord (51).
