Abstract

L'invention concerne un toit surélevé pour wagons porte-automobiles, comprenant un dispositif (1) de recouvrement fixé à une structure de support (10) par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme de levage (20), lui-même fixé, via des supports (40 et 40', aux côtés ou au toit du wagon (50). Lesdits supports sont constitués de pièces métalliques fixées à la structure (50) du wagon au moyen d'un axe de rotation (21), d'actionneurs (22) et d'un autre axe de rotation (23). Lesdits supports comportent des équerres (24 et 30) unies entre elles par une timonerie (26). Le wagon (50) est également pourvu de deux ensembles latéraux équipés d'un mécanisme de levage. Le toit est ainsi déplacé au moyen de l'actionneur (22), qui peut être hydraulique, pneumatique, électrique ou manuel.
