Abstract

The present invention relates to a clip (2) for fixing at least one essentially flat information carrier (6) (e.g. slip of paper) that can be written on and/or is written on to a fixing element, a document or a folder for instance, or for joining several documents. The inventive clip (2) is essentially provided with a spring element (4) and an information carrier (6) provided thereon and is thus easier to handle than a conventional paper clip because pieces of paper can be attached to a fixing element in a simple manner by means of said clip.

Die Erfindung geht dabei von dem Grundgedanken aus, die Klammer mit einem Federelement und einem Informationsträger einstückig bzw. integriert auszubilden. Durch diese erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der Klammer muß zum Anbringen eines Notizzettels an einem Befestigungselement, z.B. einem Schriftstück oder Aktendeckel, die erfindungsgemäße Klammer lediglich angesteckt werden, d.h. es ist nur ein Vorgang zum Anbringen erforderlich. Es ist also im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung kein Greifen zweier separater Elemente, nämlich eines Zettels und einer Büroklammer, erforderlich, die dann gemeinsam am Befestigungselement zu befestigen sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Klammer kann selbstverständlich auch zum Zusammenfügen mehrerer Schriftstücke verwendet werden, wie dies bei einer herkömmlichen Büroklammer der Fall ist. Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung wird nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen beispielhaft beschrieben. Die in den Figuren 1 und 2 in räumlicher Darstellung gezeigte erfindungsgemäße Klammer 2 weist im wesentlichen ein Federelement oder Clip 4 sowie einen daran befestigten Informationsträger 6 auf. Der Informationsträger 6 ist mit dem Federelement 4 mittels eines Befestigungsbereiches 8 dauerhaft oder ablösbar verbunden. Der Informationsträger 6 wird vorzugsweise am Federelement 4 angeklebt. Dazu ist vorzugsweise am Informationsträger 6 mindestens eine Sollbruchstelle 16 vorgesehen, entlang der der Informationsträger 6 abgetrennt werden kann. Die Sollbruchstelle 16 ist vorzugsweise in Form einer Perforation ausgebildet, die sich entlang einer Kante des Federelements 4 erstreckt. Der Informationsträger 6 kann darüber hinaus mit einer oder mehreren weiteren Sollbruchstellen bzw. Perforationen 18 versehen sein und/oder auf andere Weise trennbar oder teilbar sein. Das Federelement 4 ist auch nach Abtrennen des Informationsträgers 6 wiederverwendbar und kann gegebenenfalls mit einem neuen Informationsträger 6 versehen werden.
