Abstract

L'invention concerne une protection pour cheville pouvant s'adapter aux chaussures ou être solidaire de celles-ci. Dans le premier cas, la protection se compose d'une demi-semelle à perforation géométrique sur sa partie arrière visant à loger des systèmes d'amortissement de l'art antérieur et intégrés aux chaussures, notamment des amortisseurs à air. Cette demi-semelle présente dans sa partie latérale extérieure un prolongement qui monte à l'intérieur de la chaussure et qui présente un orifice dans la partie supérieure destiné à recevoir la malléole externe de la cheville, entourée d'un coussinet qui amortit l'impact en cas d'entorse. Ce prolongement, faisant office de levier contre le sol, s'étend vers le bas, sous forme de languette, et s'arrête pratiquement au niveau du sol afin d'empêcher l'entorse. Dans le second cas, la protection est équipée d'un ancrage ou d'une base géométrique dotée d'une partie centrale vide ayant pour but de recevoir des systèmes d'amortissement de l'art antérieur. Cet ancrage, pouvant être inséré entre la semelle et la base de la chaussure, est assemblé à l'aide de bretelles au prolongement en forme de coin qui est cousu, collé ou inséré dans le côté extérieur de la chaussure et qui fait aussi office de levier entre le sol et la cheville, empêchant ainsi l'entorse.
