Abstract

L'invention concerne les revêtements d'oxyde et peut être utilisée dans la construction de machines utilisée dans l'industrie chimique et pétrochimique. Un enrobage céramique à couches minces se compose de cristaux alpha - Al2O3 filiformes ayant des parti es arquées alternant avec les parties spirales, les cristaux se trouvant dans la matrice de gamma - Al2O3 et de mullite 3 Al2O32SiO2. Pour former l'enrobage céramique à couches minces dans l'électrolyte alcalin avec le verre soluble on ajoute un mélange de poudres contenant 70 % de SiO2 et 30 % de Al2O3. Le traitement est effectué selon le régime de cathode-anode Jc/Ja= 1,0-1,5. La surface de frottement basée sur l'enrobage céramique à couches minces est constituée des cristaux alpha-Al2O3 qui sortent directement sur la surface de frottement en dehors des limites de la matrice de gamma-Al2O3 et de mullite 3 Al2O32SiO2. Pour obtenir la surface de frottement, l'enrobage est traité par un agent abrasif dont la résistance est supérieure à la résistance de la base de la surface de frottement, mais inférieure à la résistance des cristaux alpha-Al2O3 filiformes, le traitement étant effectué jusqu'à la formation d'une couche pseudo-visqueuse. L'invention assure l'augmentation de la microdureté et de la résistance au craquement qui sont les critères de base de la résistance à l'usure des revêtements céramiques.
