Abstract

Zur Herstellung einer Otoplastik für IO- und HdO-Hörgeräte oder eines Nasenpaßstückes wird ein kegelstumpfförmiger, sich zum proximalen Ende hin verjüngender Hohlkörper (10) verwendet, dessen Umfangswand (12) aus einem verformbaren, lichthärtenden Kunststoff besteht. Die Umfangswand (12) ist am distalen Ende mittels einer lösbaren, dicht abschliessenden Abschlußplatte (20) verbunden. In das Innere des hermetisch abgeschlossenen Hohlkörpers (10) mündet ein Schlauch (22), durch den der Hohlkörper nach seinem Einsetzen in ein Ohr so weit aufgeblasen wird, daß sich die Umfangswand (12) eng an den Gehörgang des Ohres anlegt. In diesem Zustand wird die Umfangswand durch Lichteinwirkung wenigstens zum Teil so weit verfestigt, daß die aufgeweitete Form des Hohlkörpers (10) auch nach Entlastung von dem inneren Überdruck erhalten bleibt. Die Abschlußplatte (20) wird dann entfernt und die Umfangswand (12) ggf. endgültig ausgehärtet. Die so hergestellte Otoplastik dient dann zur Aufnahme z.B. eines Im-Ohr-Hörgerätemoduls, dessen Basisplatte am Aussenring (18) der Umfangswand (12) angeclipst werden kann. Mit diesem Verfahren können Hörgeräte mit hochgenauer individueller Anpassung der Otoplastik kurzfristig und in einer einzigen Sitzung hergestellt werden.
