Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de compatibiliser un tensioactif non ionique à faible moussage sans l'aide d'un polymère de compatibilisation à masse moléculaire élevée et sans utiliser un tensioactif non ionique supplémentaire ayant un point de trouble s'élevant à 70 °C au moins afin de produire une dispersion auxiliaire de rinçage aqueuse sans séparation de phases. Ce procédé consiste à produire, sur la base du poids de la dispersion auxiliaire de rinçage, une quantité d'un tensioactif non ionique à faible moussage comprise entre environ 2 à 80 %, une quantité d'hydrotrope comprise entre environ 0,5 à 20 %, et une quantité d'un polymère d'acide poly(méth)acrylique comprise entre environ 0,1 et 15 %. On mélange le tensioactif non ionique à faible moussage, l'hydrotrope et le polymère d'acide poly(méth)acrylique afin d'obtenir une dispersion auxiliaire de rinçage. Celle-ci est maintenue dans un état acide avec un pH compris entre 2 et 6. On obtient ainsi une dispersion auxiliaire de rinçage aqueuse et stable sans séparation de phases.
