Abstract

L'invention concerne des séquences d'acide nucléique issues de levures de Candida, de préférence de Candida maltosa, qui codent des polypeptides b5 cytochromes. L'invention concerne également les polypeptides b5 cytochromes correspondants et leur utilisation pour augmenter l'activité de systèmes P450 cytochromes, notamment pour stimuler l'activité de systèmes P450 cytochromes à effet hydroxylant de l'alcane et de l'acide gras lors de la préparation d'acides dicarboxyliques à chaîne longue (≥C10).
